For cases commenced in the supreme court on or after August 6, 2018, these rules are supplemented by – and, as to certain matters such as the filing, format or service of a document, may be superseded by – the Supplemental Rules of the Supreme Court of New Hampshire for Electronic Filing. For cases commenced in this court prior to that date, the supplemental rules do not apply absent a specific court order to the contrary.
