RSA 78:22 Reinstatement After Revocation.

Title: V - TAXATION Chapter: 78 - TOBACCO TAX
The commissioner may reinstate a revoked tobacco tax certificate if he or she is satisfied that the former certificate holder will comply with the provisions of this chapter.
