RSA 614:3 Limitation.

Title: LIX - PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL CASES Chapter: 614 - FRESH PURSUIT
RSA 614:1 shall not be construed so as to make unlawful any arrest in this state which would otherwise be lawful.
