RSA 604-B:3 Limitation of Representation.

Title: LIX - PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL CASES Chapter: 604-B - PUBLIC DEFENDER PROGRAM
The public defender program shall not represent more than one person where a conflict of interest exists under the code of professional responsibility.
