RSA 600-A:7 Prosecution of Indictments.

Title: LIX - PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL CASES Chapter: 600-A - MULTICOUNTY GRAND JURIES
The attorney general or his designee shall prosecute all indictments returned by a multicounty grand jury.
