Title: LVI - PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES Chapter: 556 - SUITS BY AND AGAINST ADMINISTRATORS
The administrator, as such, may prosecute and defend all real actions pending at the decease of the testator or intestate.
