RSA 528:6 Officer's Fraud.

Title: LIV - EXECUTIONS, LEVIES, BAIL, AND THE RELIEF OF POOR DEBTORS Chapter: 528 - LEVY OF EXECUTIONS ON PERSONAL PROPERTY
If any officer is guilty of fraud in the sale or return he shall be liable to pay, to each party injured, five times the sum defrauded.
