Title: LII - ACTIONS, PROCESS, AND SERVICE OF PROCESS Chapter: 512 - TRUSTEE PROCESS
No deposition taken under the provisions of this chapter shall be evidence upon any criminal prosecution, except upon an indictment of the deponent for perjury therein.
