Title: LII - ACTIONS, PROCESS, AND SERVICE OF PROCESS Chapter: 509 - WRITS AND THEIR INDORSEMENT
A scire facias pursuant to RSA 509:9 shall be served upon the indorser within one year after judgment, and not afterward.
