Title: LII - ACTIONS, PROCESS, AND SERVICE OF PROCESS Chapter: 508 - LIMITATION OF ACTIONS
Writs of error may be sued out within 3 years after judgment and not afterward, unless allowed by the court for sufficient cause, upon petition and notice.
