RSA 501-A:1 Fees for Justices of the Peace for Administering Oaths.

Title: LI - COURTS Chapter: 501-A - FEES FOR JUSTICES OF THE PEACE AND MUNICIPAL COURT CLERKS
For administering and certifying oaths, except the oaths of office of town officers, a justice of the peace shall be entitled to a fee of up to $5 for each oath.
