RSA 49-C:7 Contested Elections.

Title: III - TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES Chapter: 49-C - LOCAL OPTION-CITY CHARTERS
Any election contest shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure set forth in the general election laws governing biennial elections.
