RSA 485-A:7-b Examinations.

Title: L - WATER MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION Chapter: 485-A - WATER POLLUTION AND WASTE DISPOSAL
The department shall prepare written examinations to determine the knowledge, ability, and judgment of operators. Such examinations shall be administered in accordance with rules adopted by the department pursuant to RSA 485-A:6.
