Title: XLVII - BOUNDARIES, FENCES AND COMMON FIELDS Chapter: 476 - SPITE FENCES
Any owner or occupant injured either in his comfort or the enjoyment of his estate by such nuisance may have an action on the case for the damage sustained thereby.
