RSA 451-C:2 Restrictions on Use.

Title: XLI - LIENS Chapter: 451-C - SELF-SERVICE STORAGE FACILITY LIENS

I. An owner shall not knowingly permit a rented space at a self-service storage facility to be used for residential purposes.
II. A renter shall not use a rented space for residential purposes.
