RSA 433:36 Prosecution.

Title: XL - AGRICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY Chapter: 433 - SEEDS, PLANTS AND NURSERY STOCK
Any person violating the provisions of this subdivision shall be prosecuted by the office of the attorney general.
