RSA 411:32 Negotiation of Insurance.

Title: XXXVII - INSURANCE Chapter: 411 - DOMESTIC LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

No insurance shall be negotiated in this state by or on behalf of any such company except by agents or brokers who shall be qualified, appointed and licensed in accordance with the law.
