Title: XXXVII - INSURANCEChapter: 407 - THE FIRE INSURANCE CONTRACT AND SUITS THEREON
Every provision and stipulation in a contract to which this chapter is applicable in conflict with this chapter shall be void and no waiver of any part thereof shall be set up by the insurer.
