RSA 4:9-n Fallen State Troopers' Memorial.
Title: I - THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT
Chapter: 4 - POWERS OF THE GOVERNOR AND COUNCIL IN CERTAIN CASES
I. There shall be a memorial to commemorate law enforcement members of the division of state police who gave their lives in the performance of duty. Notwithstanding other provisions of law to the contrary, the memorial shall be situated on the grounds of or on state owned land adjacent to the state police headquarters at the James H. Hayes Safety Building on Hazen Drive in the city of Concord. The governor is authorized to accept in the name of the state the fallen state troopers' memorial as a private gift to the state upon its completion.
II. The commissioner of the department of administrative services, or designee, shall act as the custodian for the memorial, and shall have charge of all matters relating to the care, maintenance, and repair of, and additions to, the memori
