RSA 4:13-aa Juneteenth Proclamation.

Title: I - THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT Chapter: 4 - POWERS OF THE GOVERNOR AND COUNCIL IN CERTAIN CASES
The governor shall annually issue a proclamation calling for the proper observance of June 19 as Juneteenth and shall call on the citizens of New Hampshire to observe the day with appropriate ceremonies and activities commemorating the abolition of slavery.
