RSA 391:8 Applicability.

Title: XXXV - BANKS AND BANKING; LOAN ASSOCIATIONS; CREDIT UNIONS Chapter: 391 - UNIFORM COMMON TRUST FUND ACT

This chapter shall take effect April 17, 1953, and shall apply to fiduciary relationships then in existence or thereafter established.
