RSA 383-A:7-701 Prohibited Acts.

Title: XXXV - BANKS AND BANKING; LOAN ASSOCIATIONS; CREDIT UNIONS Chapter: 383-A - BANK AND CREDIT UNION REGULATORY AND ENFORCEMENT

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully and maliciously, or with an intent to deceive, make or transmit to another any false statement concerning the financial condition of any state bank or credit union, or to induce another to make such a statement. Any person convicted of a violation of this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person or a class B felony if an entity.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any bank or credit union, or any person engaging in the business of banking, to (i) employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud, (ii) make any untrue statement of a material fact or to omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances under which they are made, not misleading, or (iii)
