RSA 383:3 Removal.

Title: XXXV - BANKS AND BANKING; LOAN ASSOCIATIONS; CREDIT UNIONS Chapter: 383 - BANK COMMISSIONER

The governor, with the advice and consent of the council, may remove either the bank commissioner or a deputy bank commissioner at any time as provided for in RSA 4:1.
