RSA 38:25 Water Control.

Any municipality which shall have received an order from the department of environmental services under the provisions of RSA 147, 485 or 485-A shall proceed forthwith, after a majority vote in favor of such action, by the governing body, to acquire whatever easements and lands as are necessary to comply with the order and may enter upon, for the purpose of survey leading to land description, any land within the municipality. In so proceeding, the selectmen of the town, commissioners of the district, county commissioners, or mayor and aldermen of a city shall institute any necessary land taking in accordance with the provisions of RSA 38:15 and RSA 38:16, and anything contained in RSA 231 or in the statutes generally notwithstanding, the decision of the officials authorized by this sectio
