Title: XXXIV - PUBLIC UTILITIESChapter: 374 - GENERAL REGULATIONS
Any person who violates the provisions of this subdivision shall, after notice and an opportunity for hearing, be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $1,000 per day of such violation.
