RSA 365:30 Waiver of Hearing.

Title: XXXIV - PUBLIC UTILITIES Chapter: 365 - COMPLAINTS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE COMMISSION

Such order may be made without formal hearing whenever the public utility affected shall assent in writing thereto, or file or join in a petition therefor.
