RSA 36-A:1 Method of Adoption.

Title: III - TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES Chapter: 36-A - CONSERVATION COMMISSIONS
Any city by vote of its city council, and any town at any duly warned meeting, may adopt or rescind the provisions of this chapter.
