RSA 353:6 Penalty.

Title: XXXI - TRADE AND COMMERCE Chapter: 353 - HOTELS, TOURIST CABINS, ETC.
Any person who knowingly violates the provisions of RSA 353:5 shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person.
