RSA 35-A:39 Exemption for Bank Rules.

Title: III - TOWNS, CITIES, VILLAGE DISTRICTS, AND UNINCORPORATED PLACES Chapter: 35-A - NEW HAMPSHIRE MUNICIPAL BOND BANK
The bank shall be exempt from RSA 541-A and may issue rules in accordance with its own procedures.
