No person shall manufacture or offer for sale any particle board or fiber board or housing unit or manufactured housing constructed of particle board, fiber board, or any similar construction material, containing urea-formaldehyde resin, without a written cautionary statement to the purchaser as set forth in RSA 339-A:10.
