RSA 330-A:10 Board; Responsibilities and Rulemaking Authority.
Title: XXX - OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS
Chapter: 330-A - MENTAL HEALTH PRACTICE
The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:
I. [Repealed.]
II. The qualifications of applicants in addition to those requirements set by statute.
III. How an applicant shall be examined, including:
(a) Time and place of examination.
(b) The subjects to be tested.
(c) Passing grade.
(d) Disposition of examination papers.
IV. Ethical standards, as promulgated by the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, required to be met by each pastoral psychotherapist licensed under this chapter, and how a license may be revoked for violation of these standards.
V. Ethical standards, as promulgated by the National Association of Social Workers, required to be met by each licensed clinical social worker, and how a lice
