RSA 329-B:6 Qualifications; Administrative Members.

I. Each nonpublic member of the board and the advisory committee shall be a resident of this state and licensed under the provisions of this chapter.
II. Each nonpublic member of the board and all licensed professionals performing board-related duties shall comply with and be subject to all provisions of this chapter and the licensee's professional ethical code in performing board-related duties.
