No person shall perform eye tissue removal or processing pursuant to RSA 291-A:11 unless such person has successfully completed a course of training acceptable to a procurement organization as defined in RSA 291-A:2, XX. The procurement organization shall have the power to establish qualifications and terms for the successful completion of the course of training.
