Title: XXX - OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS Chapter: 322 - JUNK AND SCRAP METAL DEALERS

No person not licensed shall purchase any of the commodities above specified unless he or she acts as a helper to, and is accompanied by, some licensee.
