The office shall maintain a record containing the names and addresses of all licensees and of all salons, barbershops and schools licensed pursuant to this chapter in accordance with the retention policy established by the office of professional licensure and certification. The office of professional licensure and certification shall issue all notices, license, and registration certificates. The record shall include the date of issuance, renewal, suspension, or revocation of all licenses. This record shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times.
