No business organization shall be relieved of responsibility for the conduct or acts of its agents, employees, officers, owners or partners by reason of its compliance with the provisions of this subdivision, nor shall any individual practicing land surveying be relieved of responsibility for land surveying services performed by reason of that individual's employment by or relationship with such business organization.
