RSA 304-C:69 Matters Requiring Majority Vote of the Disinterested Members.

Unless the operating agreement provides otherwise, matters reserved for decision by vote of the disinterested members shall be decided by majority vote of the disinterested members in accordance with RSA 304-C:117, II.
