RSA 304-C:192 Inapplicability of Rule That Statutes in Derogation of the Common Law are to be Strictly Construed.

Title: XXVIII - PARTNERSHIPS Chapter: 304-C - LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES
The rule that statutes in derogation of the common law are to be strictly construed shall have no application to this act.
