RSA 304-C:153 Successor to Deceased Member of Single-Member Limited Liability Company Becomes Member.

Unless the operating agreement provides otherwise, a person who succeeds to the limited liability company interest of a deceased member of a single-member limited liability company is admitted as the member of the limited liability company.
