Title: XXVII - CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDSChapter: 301-A - CONSUMERS' COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS
The secretary of state shall sign and affix the seal of the state to the certificate of organization. The certificate of organization shall then be returned to the association.
