A foreign corporation or association operating on a cooperative basis and complying with laws similar to RSA 301-A of the state in which it is organized shall be entitled to do business in the state of New Hampshire as a foreign cooperative corporation or association, if it is authorized to do business in this state under RSA 293-A.
