Title: XXVII - CORPORATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS, AND PROPRIETORS OF COMMON LANDS Chapter: 301 - COOPERATIVE MARKETING AND RURAL ELECTRIFICATION ASSOCIATIONS
Unless otherwise provided in the certificate of organization, no member or stockholder shall be entitled to more than one vote, regardless of the number of shares of stock owned by him.
