RSA 292:8-j Injunctive Relief.

In addition to the penalty provided by RSA 292:8-i, the commission may institute in any court of competent jurisdiction, an action to prevent or restrain any violation of the provisions of RSA 292:8-g or 8-h and the court shall adjudge to the plaintiff such relief by way of injunction (which may be mandatory) or otherwise as may be proper under all the facts and circumstances of the case, in order to fully effectuate the purpose of this subdivision.
