RSA 282-A:117 Records and Reports; Record Keeping.

Each employing unit shall keep true and accurate work records for such periods of time and containing such information as the commissioner may by rules prescribe. Such records shall be open to inspection and subject to be copied or reproduced by the commissioner, or his authorized representatives in this state at any reasonable time and as often as may be necessary at a place selected by the commissioner. The commissioner may, at his discretion, notify any employer of the prospective benefit rights of any individual in his employ.
