RSA 281-A:4-a Workers' Compensation Compliance Statement.

I. Within 30 days following a written request from the commissioner, any building or construction industry contractor, subcontractor, or independent contractor engaged in the nonresidential building or construction industry shall deliver to the commissioner a workers' compensation compliance statement.
