No person shall use or operate any boat equipped with a petroleum-powered motor on the waters of Jericho Pond in the city of Berlin. Use of electric-powered motors are authorized with a manufacturer's rated capacity not to exceed 3 horsepower, and no person shall exceed a headway speed of 5 miles per hour on Jericho Pond. Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation.
