Title: XXII - NAVIGATION; HARBORS; COAST SURVEYChapter: 270 - SUPERVISION OF NAVIGATION; REGISTRATION OF BOATS AND MOTORS; COMMON CARRIERS BY WATER
Any person who knowingly operates or allows to be operated any boat after his privilege or registration to operate said boat has been suspended or revoked shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
