RSA 266-A:7 Contract Carrier Permit Required.

Title: XXI - MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter: 266-A - MOTOR CARRIERS OF PASSENGERS
No person shall operate a motor vehicle as a contract carrier of passengers between points in this state without a permit issued by the department.
