RSA 263:39 Limitation.

Title: XXI - MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter: 263 - DRIVERS' LICENSES
The provisions of RSA 263:36-38 shall not be deemed to authorize a person under 16 years of age to drive a motor vehicle on the ways of this state.
