RSA 261:181 Refusal or Revocation of Registration Based on Federal Prohibition From Operating in Interstate Commerce.

Title: XXI - MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter: 261 - CERTIFICATES OF TITLE AND REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES
The director is authorized to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew the registration or permit of a commercial motor vehicle if the commercial carrier responsible for safety has been prohibited from operating by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
